Just for fun and passion on food, Tony and Princess started a YouTube channel called the Hungry Nomads. Princess has been working in the hospitality industry for almost 15 years. While, Tony has been a chef for 20 years. He started as a dishwasher and worked his way up to Executive Chef. He worked in prominent restaurants from Sarasota, FL to New England, from the Cape to the Bean town. Combining their front and the back of the house skills, Tony and Princess is a match made in heaven.
The couple became parents on 2021 to their son, Ron. As new parents, they are all about giving him a bright future. Princess always believed in Tony's skills and talent. With the long hours and hard work Tony has been doing for almost 20 years, Princess motivated Tony to start his own food truck. With the help of their son's godfather, Jacob Lungren, the couple's dream came true and he became their business partner. Jacob and Tony met over a random playstation Fortnite lobby during 2018. Since then, friendship and trust was built. Jacob invested and believed in the couple's talent and skills. Princess and Tony's dream to have their own food truck was made possible by Jacob, a life changing blessing for the couple. Without him, this could have not happened.

Hungry Nomads food truck was born July 18, 2022. Tony and Princess are very eager and determined to operate before 2022 summer ends. After all their hard work and dedication, within 3 months span, the couple started operating on the second week of August 2022. The food truck idea started on May 2022 and the initial plan was to be a taqueria. However, Princess believes that Tony is too talented to offer a particular cuisine. Coming from Public Kitchen (won 2x for best gastropub in North Shore) in Wakefield MA, Tony has been known for his gastro pub dishes. From lobster rangoons to spicy peanut butter burger, short rib grilled cheese and more.
For the first 10 months of operation, Hungry Nomads was featured in CBS Boston Food Truck Fridays. The Hungry Nomads family is very grateful for all the support, blessings, and recognition they've been receiving for their first year of operation.
